We protect business records with clear data separation and controlled access.
Trex Billing Suite collects only the account and business information needed to create, secure, operate, and support a billing workspace.
Account data
Owner name, business name, email address, phone number, password hash, login activity, and workspace ownership details are stored in the central account database.
Business records
Products, services, parties, invoices, purchases, expenses, and activity records are stored inside the protected folder assigned to the registered business.
Security controls
Passwords are stored only as hashes. Server rules block direct browser access to application, database, and private storage folders.
Support use
We use account and business details to provide software access, troubleshooting, onboarding, billing support, and security administration.
Business data is used to run the product and support your account.
We use information to authenticate users, create workspaces, maintain invoices and inventory records, provide dashboard summaries, respond to support requests, monitor system health, and improve operational reliability.
We do not sell business data. Account owners are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and ensuring that staff use the system according to the business policy.
- Password verification is required for dashboard access.
- Each business receives a separate protected workspace folder.
- Private files are not intended for direct public browser access.
- Support requests may require business details to resolve issues.
Important privacy notes.
Do you store plain passwords?
No. Passwords are stored as secure password hashes. The original password is not stored.
Where is business data stored?
Business records are stored in the assigned protected workspace folder for that business.
Can users access private files directly?
Server rules are included to block direct browser access to private application, database, and storage folders.
Who is responsible for account access?
The account owner must keep login credentials secure and control which staff members use the system.
